PATIO BOOTH AT THIS YEAR'S HUDSON HOLIDAY MARKET
PATIO BOOTHS INCLUDE A SINGLE SPACE UNDER THE BARN’S COVERED PATIO.

Location: Outside the Alibi Barn located at 422 Rue Main, Hudson Qc
Inclusions:
10 × 10 Space
Marketing Kit: square visuals, story visuals and captions in French and English will be provided for your use to promote the event
Please note:
No tent is required for this spot.
You are responsible for all of your equipment: table, chair, etc.
You are allowed one 6ft table only. There are no exceptions.
Set up begins at 9am. *You cannot set up your booth before 9am.
On Fridays, set up will b begin at 12pm and your booth must be set up by 3pm.
Cars must be removed by 11am from the site, and your booth must be set up by 12pm. *Parking can be found at the church, TreeHouse Daycare or on the street.
You cannot clean up your booth before 6pm (Saturdays + Sundays) or 8pm (Fridays) out of respect for other vendors and visitors.
Upon arrival, we will assign you your spot. Please understand that we have planned these strategically and there will be no last minute changes.
Please refrain from over decorating your booth with holiday decor to ensure a cohesive look throughout the market. Should you want to decorate it, we ask that you stick to neutrals, greens and reds. (Traditional Christmas)
If you must use battery operated fairy lights, please use warm toned white lights only to keep the decor cohesive.
Indoor vendors could put up a sign on the wall behind them. Otherwise, we suggest minimal signage on your table, or a simple banner.
There is no access to power. If your booth requires power, please email katrina@katrinalegault.com
The barn is not heated, therefore please dress accordingly. *There will be PARTIAL heat throughout the site this year, indoors and outdoors.
This booth is non-refundable. It’s ON! Rain, snow or shine. Our fingers and toes are crossed until then.
